Legal Counsel II

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and vendor agreements worldwide.
• Lead contract negotiations; develop templates and playbooks.
• Provide strategic counsel on litigation, regulatory compliance, and IP.
• Coordinate dispute resolution with outside counsel as needed.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and due diligence.
• Advise on corporate matters, insurance, labor and employment, and IP.
• Develop and implement legal policies and training programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience; in-house preferred.
• Admission to the bar in the United States.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Preferred experience in architectural, engineering, or construction.
• Experience in litigation, corporate, professional licensing, software licensing, ERISA, benefits, insurance, and IP.
