📋 Description

• Advise on and resolve a broad range of employment law matters across multiple countries.
• Provide legal guidance and practical support to internal teams when specialist legal expertise is
• Partner closely with business functions such as Operations and Sales to support day-to-day
• Help the organization expand into new markets and develop international business opportunities
• Ensure business activities remain compliant with applicable local employment laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer admitted to the Spanish Bar, with a strong specialization in Spanish employment
• Approximately 2–4 years of post-qualification legal experience gained in a law firm, an in-house
• Native-level Spanish and fluent business and legal English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex legal
• Commercial mindset and ability to balance legal requirements with operational and customer-focused
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with multiple internal and
