Pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad.
Contribute to the company's global IP portfolio and brand protection.
Commercial support on IP-related provisions, licensing, risk management.
Identify opportunities to streamline legal workflows.
Be the IP point of contact with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years IP, litigation, media or tech legal exp.
Strong knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs).
IP litigation exp in France; EU/US exposure a plus.
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
Proactive, self-started and solutions-oriented.
Nice to Have: gaming/tech experience; common law exposure.
