📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate content, production, distribution, and sponsorship agreements.
• Identify legal risks with production teams and design mitigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and deliver actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage contract workflows, templates, and internal compliance (IP, data privacy, regulatory).
• Support incident management and dispute resolution with litigation partners.
• Prepare and update internal templates and training materials for the Legal Department.

🎯 Requirements

• US/UK barred lawyer with 4+ years PQE in-house in experience-economy or live production.
• Solution-oriented and strategic thinker with strong business judgment.
• Native or bilingual English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to own priorities and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence delivering clear guidance to executives.
• Self-motivated, adaptable team player eager to contribute.
