Legal Counsel (Live Productions, US / UK Qualified)

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate production, content, distribution, and sponsorship agreements.
• Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership.
• Manage diverse legal projects, oversee contract workflows, and maintain legal databases.
• Support incident management and disputes with litigation specialists.
• Prepare and update internal templates, legal guides, and training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• US or UK qualified lawyer with 4+ PQE in-house in experience economy or live production.
• Solution-oriented and strategic thinker with strong business judgment.
• Native or bilingual English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to own and prioritize resources for time-sensitive projects.
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence and clear advice to executives.
• Self-motivated, adaptable team player eager to grow with Fever.
