Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own GDPR compliance programme across EU/US cross-border data flows
• Advise on DPA, privacy notices, consent frameworks, cross-border transfers
• Primary contact for internal privacy questions
• Lead or support negotiations: MSAs, SaaS, partnerships, NDAs
• Cap table management and corporate governance in VC-backed company
• Monitor regulatory developments and scale compliance framework

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or Wirtschaftsjurist with 2-5 years experience
• Strong knowledge of German business law; international/US frameworks
• Strong GDPR and data protection knowledge; familiarity with US privacy regs a plus
• Start-up/scale-up experience; lean, move fast, pragmatically
• Hands-on contract drafting and commercial negotiations (MSAs, SaaS, NDAs)
• Fluent in English and German
