• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to templates and legal guides; maintain company knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Barred European lawyer with 4+ PQE in Nordic jurisdictions.
• Experience at top-tier firms or in-house at a large multinational.
• Fluent English; French or German; additional language a plus.
• Keen strategic mindset; translate legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong technical skills.
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence.
