📋 Description

• Provide general legal support by aligning Nordic strategy with regional needs.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on corporate, commercial, compliance and disputes for the region.
• Stay up to date on Nordic legislative and jurisprudence developments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise complex legal matters.
• Contribute to templates and legal guides to grow team knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Barred European lawyer with 4+ years PQE in Nordic jurisdictions.
• Experience in top-tier firms or in-house at a large multinational.
• Fluent English, plus French or German; another language a plus.
• Keen eye for strategy and the ability to translate legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong technical/legal skills.
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence.
