📋 Description

• Provide general legal support aligned to Nordic business needs.
• Collaborate with internal/external SMEs on corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation.
• Stay up to date on regional legislative developments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritise and manage complex matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to knowledge base, templates and legal guides.

🎯 Requirements

• Barred European lawyer with 4+ years PQE in Nordic jurisdictions.
• Experience at top-tier firms or in-house at a large multinational.
• Fluent English and French or German; additional language a plus.
• Translate complex legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong technical skills; effective communicator with emotional intelligence.
• Proactive, commercially minded; able to work autonomously.
