📋 Description

• Oversee employment-related legal matters for Operations and People.
• Partner on VA performance management, PIP enforcement, and disputes.
• Ensure processes align with policy, labor law, and ethics.
• Draft and review legal documents including PIP templates and notices.
• Advise on remote workforce governance and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Philippine attorney in good standing (mandatory)
• 4–6 years post-bar in labor law or employment disputes
• Experience handling PIPs, disciplinary actions, or related docs
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE processes
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and advisory skills
• In-house BPO/remote staffing experience; cross-border contracts (preferred)
