📋 Description

  • Provide practical privacy law advice to the Australian business.
  • Develop and implement privacy policies, procedures and training predominantly in the Australian
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and report on risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Investigate and respond to privacy incidents.
  • Work closely the Risk and Data teams and with a group of Privacy Champions across the business.

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change
  • 4-5 PQE+ experience as a lawyer, including strong experience in the privacy space.
  • Unrestricted Australian practising certificate.
  • Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Sound knowledge of recent and upcoming privacy-related reforms.
  • Ability to create privacy training material.
