📋 Description

• Support and negotiate enterprise sales with global automotive brands and dealers (UK & international)
• Process variations to standard T&Cs globally; ensure cross-border compliance (UK)
• Maintain standard documents: T&Cs playbook, SOW templates
• Governance for Professional Services in the sales cycle
• Advise on data protection and tech contracting for UK/global deals
• Serve as the main contact for ad hoc legal queries across markets

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with English/Welsh contract law and international contracting
• Experience in the legal workstream for B2B software/tech deals from RFP to contract
• Knowledge of UK contract law and data protection for tech/SaaS contracts
• Excellent drafting skills; fluent in English
• Strong understanding of risks in providing technology solutions
• Strong communication; translate legal principles for sales teams
• Comfortable working across time zones; role based in India, global remit
