• Support UK Partner team and negotiate strategic Partner deals
• Advise Go-To-Market UK on high value deals
• Collaborate with manager on strategic projects
• Roll out templates and launch new products
• Review and negotiate customer, partner and supplier contracts
• Supervise junior lawyers on negotiations or files

🎯 Requirements

• Private practice or in-house experience in fast-paced environment
• Independent worker with broad legal knowledge across many areas
• Tech interest or experience in tech sector
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with sophisticated counterparties
• Experience reviewing marketing materials per laws/regulations
• Quick to grasp new concepts; use common sense
