Legal Counsel - US Government

📋 Description

• Understand Palantir's US government relationships and advise.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements.
• Advise on product development, compliance, IP, and data privacy.
• Develop strategies to manage and resolve government inquiries.
• Monitor federal policy, AI policy, data governance, and regulation.
• Engage with policy processes, including rulemaking and Capitol Hill engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to propose creative solutions to novel issues.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
