🎯 Requirements

Qualified attorney in a relevant jurisdiction, 5+PQE
Based in one of our Canadian or US offices
Contracts Expertise & Knowledge: Deep knowledge of commercial contracts
People Management & Coaching: Strong coaching instinct
Commercial Awareness: Financial literacy to interpret P&L drivers
Client & Escalation Management: Confidence to own and resolve complex client escalations
