📋 Description

• Provide expert advice on capital markets transactions globally (debt, crypto facilities)
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts
• Assist with corporate governance, board management, and compliance with governing docs
• Provide counsel on equity management (cap table and employee options)
• Serve as key legal advisor on fundraising rounds and joint ventures
• Oversee due diligence and advise on legal implications of business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 6+ years of legal experience relevant to the role
• Proven track record of handling complex commercial transactions
• Strong background in capital markets and corporate governance
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
