📋 Description

• Review and analyze large volumes of legal, technical, and evidentiary documents in insurance litigation.
• Assess documentation involving construction disputes, director/officer liability, and subrogated claims.
• Identify relevant evidence and key legal issues to support litigation strategy.
• Draft clear and concise legal memoranda and document summaries.
• Collaborate virtually with legal teams to discuss findings and case developments.
• Ensure reviews are completed accurately within project timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Civil law degree from a recognized university.
• Active Alberta Bar membership in good standing.
• 1–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with document review platforms such as Relativity or Nextpoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
