Legal Engineer

📋 Description

• Work directly with lawyers to uncover pain points and show Harvey fits.
• Translate feedback into lawyer-ready product direction.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing on roadmap.
• Build demos and use cases reflecting legal workflows and AI.
• Introduce capabilities tailored for each customer and improve deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Toronto; eligible to work in Canada.
• Canadian practicing certificate with 3+ years as lawyer (in-house preferred).
• Corporate attorney with in-house experience in corporate/commercial/regulatory matters.
• Deep understanding of corporate legal workflows and AI potential.
• Balance legal risk with practical commercial outcomes.
• Sound judgment; confident, well-reasoned recommendations.
• Cross-functional across legal, product, and sales with clarity.
• Executive presence; strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience cross-functionally with product/sales; biz dev a plus.
• French speaking is a plus.
