Legal Engineer - Custom Solutions

📋 Description

• Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers to understand complex workflow
• Build and refine custom workflows, playbooks, and product configurations within the Harvey
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to support post-sale adoption, change
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, translating legal workflow insights and user feedback into
• Collaborate with Marketing and Legal Innovation teams to develop Australia - and APAC-relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Australia with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience at a
• Executive engagement skills and presence, with the ability to establish strong relationships with
• Outstanding presentation skills to both legal and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a
• Strong understanding of legal processes and workflows relevant to the Australia legal market, with
• Comfort operating at speed in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; excitement about building at an
• Sales or customer-facing experience — including law firm business development, client secondments
