• Understand Harvey's platform and building-solution processes.
• Scope, design, and build custom agents, playbooks, prompts.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to map workflows.
• Prototype, test, and iterate; pilot features before release.
• Communicate market feedback to Product/Engineering for impact.
• Partner with Legal Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to grow.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm or in-house.
• Curiosity about testing approaches and optimizing outcomes.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders to drive results.
• Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry via AI.
• Experience using AI tools in legal practice is a plus.
