🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years in transactional practice (M&A, private equity, capital markets).
• Strong understanding of corporate lawyers' workflows and demands.
• Executive presence and relationship-building across all levels.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal practice.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with client-facing experience.
• Client-facing roles, BD, or cross-functional collaboration a plus.
