Legal Engineer (Law Firm, Litigation/Regulatory)

📋 Description

• Work with litigators/regulators to uncover pain points and demonstrate Harvey's fit.
• Translate feedback from litigators into lawyer-ready product direction.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap.
• Build and refine product demos and workflows reflecting how litigation/regulatory teams work.
• Introduce new capabilities tailored to each customer, elevating deployment across practices.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least 3 years in litigation or regulatory practice at a top-tier firm, government, or sophisticated in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of workflows and demands faced by litigators and regulatory lawyers.
• Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals at all levels.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for live demos, workshops, or customer conversations.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice.
