Legal Engineer (Law Firm, Litigation/Regulatory)

📋 Description

• Work with litigation/regulatory lawyers to uncover workflow pain points and demonstrate Harvey's fit.
• Voice of the customer: translate feedback into lawyer-ready product direction.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey's roadmap.
• Build and refine demos, workflows, and use cases reflecting actual legal work.
• Introduce new capabilities tailored for each customer, raising deployment standards.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least 3 years in litigation or regulatory practice at a top-tier firm, government, or in-house team.
• Strong understanding of workflows and demands faced by litigators and regulators.
• Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for live demos.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice.
• Practical, solutions-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for direct customer work.
• Experience in client-facing roles, law firm BD or investigations, a plus.
