📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers, setting clear performance expectations and
• Own the quality and consistency of Harvey's pre-sales legal engineering function, ensuring demos
• Partner closely with Account Executives and GTM leadership to prioritise pipeline, develop deal
• Engage with lawyers at prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure the team's field insights are feeding into

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
• Must have prior experience managing a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with an ability to quickly develop and
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law
