📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers/Product Specialists.
• Own post-implementation client relationships, onboarding and ongoing support.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex or strategic engagements.
• Partner with Account Management and Sales on expansion, renewals, retention.
• Collaborate with Product to surface feedback and roadmap developments.
• Define and iterate on team processes and playbooks for a scalable function.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in law firm or in-house.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team, developing talent.
• Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools; quick platform expertise.
• Strong commercial instincts; credibly engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; client-facing sessions.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments with pragmatic solutions.
