📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house teams to drive Harvey adoption.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions and training to maximize platform value.
• Partner with CS and AEs to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
• Surface obstacles to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal needs into product feedback to shape development.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk or untapped accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years practicing law at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50+) with corporate or litigation focus.
• Executive engagement skills and presence; build credibility with decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
• Curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry.
