Legal Engineer - Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house teams to guide Harvey's AI adoption.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions and enablement programs to maximize value.
• Partner with CS Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Surface adoption obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years practicing law at a top-tier firm (Vault 50+), corporate or litigation focus.
• Executive engagement skills with credibility at all levels.
• Outstanding presentation skills to legal and executive audiences.
• Understanding of legal processes; curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience with law firms is a plus.
