📋 Description

• Build relationships with law firms and in-house teams to embed Harvey's AI.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, trainings, and enablement programs.
• Partner with CS and AE to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Surface adoption obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk or untapped accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Italy.
• At least 3 years' experience practicing law at a top-tier firm (corporate or litigation).
• Fluent Italian.
• Executive engagement skills; ability to build credibility with decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry.
