📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house teams to integrate Harvey AI.
• Design onboarding sessions and enablement programs to drive adoption and value.
• Partner with CS and AE to identify expansion opportunities and renewals.
• Surface obstacles to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage users across practice areas.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years practicing law in-house at a Fortune 500 or top firm.
• Executive engagement skills and presence with decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.
