Legal Engineer, Product Specialist Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer - Product Specialists.
• Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion with Customer Success and Account Executives.
• Oversee customer engagement strategy across implementation, onboarding and enablement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts with partners, general counsel, and senior legal stakeholders.
• Own team operations, capacity, and performance metrics with data-informed decisions.
• Build scalable processes and enablement: playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and training.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years practicing law at top firms with client-facing work.
• 4+ years direct people-management of high-performing teams.
• Strong executive presence with relationships to senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows for modern legal teams.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles (client advisory, etc).
