Legal Engineering Manager, In-House (Corporate)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
• Partner with Sales to support strategic accounts and deals.
• Oversee engagements with discovery, demos, and advisory work.
• Build relationships with General Counsel, CLOs, and other leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement on GTM strategy.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap and use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in corporate law and governance.
• Experience managing a team and developing talent.
• Familiar with legal tech and AI tools.
• Strong understanding of in-house legal workflows.
• Commercial instincts and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
