Legal Engineering Manager, In-House (Corporate)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives to drive deals.
• Oversee engagements: discovery, demos, and workflow advice.
• Build relationships with General Counsel, CLOs, and legal ops leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement.
• Act as voice of the customer to inform product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in corporate law or related areas.
• Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
• Strong understanding of in-house legal workflows and priorities.
• Strong commercial instincts; able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; trainings and demos.
