Legal Engineering Manager, In-House (Corporate)

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
• Partner with Sales to support strategic accounts and deals.
• Oversee complex engagements: discovery, demos, and workflow advice.
• Build relationships with senior legal leaders including GC/CLOs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve positioning and GTM strategy.
• Synthesize frontline feedback to inform product roadmap and new use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE and in-house corporate experience.
• Prior people-management experience with talent development.
• Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools; ability to master Harvey's platform.
• Strong understanding of in-house legal workflows and priorities.
• Strong commercial instincts; able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience leading trainings and demos.
