Legal Engineering Manager, In-House (Litigation/Regulatory)

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
• Partner with Sales and Account Executives on strategic deals.
• Guide complex engagements: discovery, demos, and advisory.
• Build relationships with General Counsel and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement.
• Shape product roadmap via customer feedback and use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in litigation/regulatory.
• Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
• Strong understanding of in-house litigation, compliance, investigations workflows.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; trainings/demos.
