Legal Engineering Manager, In-House (Litigation/Regulatory)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Legal Engineers team.
• Partner with Sales to support strategic accounts and deal strategy.
• Oversee complex engagements via discovery, product demos, and advising on workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with General Counsel, Chief Litigation Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, and other leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to improve workflows and GTM.
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap and new use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in litigation, regulatory, investigations, compliance, or related fields.
• Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools; quickly learn Harvey’s platform/workflows.
• Strong understanding of in-house litigation, compliance, investigations, and regulatory workflows.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading trainings/demos.
