Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic accounts and deals.
Guide complex engagements with discovery, demos, and risk-management workflows.
Build relationships with General Counsel and senior legal/business leaders.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to improve solutions and GTM.
Inform product roadmap with frontline feedback and new use cases.

🎯 Requirements

7+ PQE with litigation, regulatory, investigations, or in-house.
Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
Strong understanding of in-house litigation, compliance, investigations, and regulatory workflows.
Strong commercial instincts and credibility with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including trainings and demos.
