Legal Engineering Manager (Law Firm, Corporate)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
• Partner with Sales to support strategic accounts and deal strategy.
• Oversee complex engagements: discovery, demos, and workflow advice.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including GC and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement.
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform roadmap and new use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in corporate law or related work.
• Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
• Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of corporate/transactional workflows (M&A, governance).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, incl. trainings/demos.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
