Legal Engineering Manager (Law Firm, Corporate)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
• Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic accounts and deal strategy.
• Oversee complex customer engagements: discovery, product demos, and advice.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (GCs, partners).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement.
• Inform product roadmap by synthesizing frontline feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ PQE with corporate law experience (corporate, M&A, VC, governance).
• Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
• Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools; learn Harvey's platform.
• Strong understanding of corporate and transactional workflows (M&A, contracting, governance).
• Strong commercial instincts; engage with senior stakeholders across firms, departments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; leading trainings and demos.
