📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers
• Partner with Sales to support strategic accounts and deals
• Oversee complex engagements: discovery, demos, and advisement
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders (GCs, partners)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve GTM and workflows
• Be the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in corporate law, M&A, VC
• Experience managing a team and developing talent
• Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools
• Strong understanding of corporate/transactional workflows
• Strong commercial instincts with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
