Legal Engineering Manager (Law Firm, Litigation/Regulatory)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers
• Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives to support strategic accounts and drive
• Oversee team engagement in complex customer engagements, including discovery, product demos, and
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (litigation partners, heads of litigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Applied Legal Research, Marketing, and
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap decisions and feature development

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE including significant litigation, investigations, arbitration
• Prior experience managing a team with a track record of developing talent
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
• Strong understanding of litigation and disputes workflows (legal research, drafting, discovery
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
