📋 Description

• Design and execute end-to-end programs that support the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm.
• Build and maintain processes, tooling, and docs for regional operations (US, EMEA, APAC).
• Drive change management as Legal Engineering scales, ensuring adoption of new processes/tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in program management/operations in high-growth tech or services.
• Design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept to execution.
• Strong communication and facilitation; influence across distributed org.
• Experience with change mgmt, process design, scaling in fast-paced envs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action; build structure where none exists.
• Familiarity with GTM, legal tech, or AI products a strong plus.
