📋 Description

• Own full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements (MSA, SaaS, SOW, DPAs, AI addenda)
• Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs at volume
• Build scalable contracting infrastructure with standard forms, playbooks, CLM
• Advise GTM, partnerships, and finance on contractual risk
• Coordinate outside counsel: briefing, timelines, deliverables
• Assist corporate and employment matters across US, France, Israel, incl. IP assignments and offers

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of legal experience
• Experience at a top tech/venture firm (e.g., Gunderson Dettmer, Cooley, Fenwick & West)
• Own high-volume commercial work in a distributed environment with minimal oversight
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and pragmatic; value speed and precision
• Sees automation as part of the job
• Thrives under pressure; moves fast and takes ownership
• Low-ego, ownership-driven, building from first principles

Nice to have

• In-house experience at a tech company, especially enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA and emerging AI regulation
• Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border corporate structures
