📋 Description

• Research and analyze complex legal questions across areas like internet law, IP, privacy, and
• Own individualized legal projects based on interests and team needs.
• Draft and review legal documents including licensing agreements and policies.
• Support internal and external policies addressing legal and operational issues.
• Work with supervising attorney, receiving guidance and mentorship.
• Join meetings and discuss legal, tech, policy, and org matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Current law student or recent law grad with practical in-house interest.
• Genuine enthusiasm for free knowledge, free culture, open source, and digital rights.
• Strong curiosity and ability to tackle complex, ambiguous questions.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills; strong writers.
• Coursework in internet law, IP, contracts, privacy, licensing desirable.
• Experience drafting agreements or policies is an advantage.
