🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a legal innovation role at a top law firm, corporate team, or legal tech.
• Strong point of view on AI transformation in law firms; able to steer it.
• Executive presence with CIOs/CKOs/CISOs; translate between tech and legal audiences.
• Track record of shaping product direction or service design from deep domain insight.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication for executives.
