Legal Innovation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead the administration, roadmap, and enhancement of key legal platforms (including CLMs
• Architect, build, and maintain centralized, self-service knowledge portals and smart resource hubs
• Map, optimize, and automate end-to-end legal workflows, contract lifecycles, standardized guidance
• Evaluate, pilot, and deploy advanced AI solutions (e.g. automated redlining, contract metadata
• Design, build, and report on comprehensive KPI dashboards for leadership, tracking process cycle
• Partner with Commercial Legal, Tech, and business stakeholders while managing strategic technical

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, with a strong emphasis on technology
• Proven track record of executing complex technical implementations and scaling global legal
• Hands-on experience administering and integrating enterprise legal technologies, including CLM
• Deep familiarity and hands-on technical proficiency with AI tools, prompt engineering, playbook
• Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and building KPI dashboards to measure
• Technical problem-solving mindset with solid knowledge of legal data privacy, security, and
