Legal Intern (3L) - Fall 2026

📋 Description

• Review customer agreements, NDAs, BAAs, and DPAs; summarize next steps.
• Research EU AI Act and US frameworks to draft internal governance policies.
• Help ensure GDPR, CCPA, BIPA, CUBI privacy compliance.
• IP workflow: AI copyright, OSS compliance, and filing patents/trademarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate legal risks and advise.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently a rising 3L at an ABA-accredited law school; graduating in 2027.
• Experience producing legal writing: memos, contract summaries, briefs.
• Ability to take a defined project from intake to usable work product with clear analysis.
• Comfort using Claude for Legal, Google Workspace, Slack, legal research platforms.
• A proactive, flexible, positive, low-ego attitude; ownership mindset.
• Ability to work onsite at SF office for 15 hours per week during Fall 2026.
