Legal Intern

📋 Description

• Play an active role in a legal operations project to enhance the quality, structure, and efficiency
• Audit, process and maintain legacy and new business customer contracts in Salesforce and ensure
• Oversee our ticketing systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team.
• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics.
• Review basic commercial agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

🎯 Requirements

• You need to be available for a full-time or part-time internship for at least 3 months starting
• You are currently enrolled in, or will be enrolled in, a Dutch Master's program in Law throughout
• You have a strong understanding of legal terminology and are confident working with contracts, with
• One or more prior legal internships, with demonstrable experience supporting contract management
• Fluency in English is required.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and consistently ensure that nothing is overlooked.
