📋 Description

• Records of processing and DPIAs: maintain docs and DPIAs.
• Substantive work on data topics across gaming and social media.
• Regulatory monitoring: track GDPR and US data protection laws.
• Documentation: draft privacy policies, notices, and training.
• Data subject rights: handle requests to exercise rights.
• Regulator relations: support CNIL and EDPB communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Trainee lawyer enrolled at the French Bar School (EFB).
• Prior experience in tech law or data protection is a plus.
• Strong command of GDPR.
• Strong knowledge of US data protection laws (CCPA, VCDPA, COPPA).
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Rigorous, autonomous, able to summarize complex topics.
