Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices that track license conditions, reporting
Support the broader Legal and Contracts team with research and administrative work on commercial
Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and synthesize findings into clear written summaries
Assist with additional legal, corporate and regulatory projects as they come up, including filings

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled in a J.D. program (1Ls and 2Ls welcome)
Strong research and writing skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Genuine interest in space, technology, or government contracting
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
