Legal Internship

📋 Description

• Shadowing members of the Legal department as they perform their duties
• Assisting with legal research, analysis, and record maintenance
• Drafting legal documents, such as contracts and memos
• Reviewing contracts and flagging key terms, risks, and issues for attorney review
• Researching legal questions relevant to ecommerce, commercial, and intellectual property matters
• Supporting compliance and corporate governance tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a juris doctor degree at a top tier law school, 1L students only
• Possess an understanding of legal principles and a positive attitude
• Demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Demonstrate strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• Interest in area or areas of law related to Pattern’s business (corporate, litigation, M&A
